TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
1. All prices quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
(RM). Package prices quoted per person and the room rate is quoted per room and
per night basis. All prices before adding SST and Tourist Tax and any other
taxes impose by the authorities.
2. For tax purposes all booking to include
the nationality of each guest
3. Child rate is for children age below 12 years until 2 years.
Based on sharing room with 2 adults. Child
below 2 years of age is FREE OF CHARGE sharing the same bed with parents.
Maximum up to 2 children for each room is allowed.
4. Request for additional people in a
room, we will provide rollaway single bed subject to availability, otherwise
mattress will be given.
5. Boat transfer provided is subject to
weather conditions. We are not liable for any compensation if the boat transfer
is cancel due to bad weather or if the guest miss the boat departure time.
Boat schedule (subject to changes
from time to time, please check with resort for current boat schedule)

: 8am to 5pm daily

From Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut Jetty
: 8am, 12noon, 4pm daily.
6. Full payment of booking to be paid 2 weeks before arrival date.
7. All rates are subject to changes
without prior notice. And subject to taxes when applicable.
8. Check in time is at 2pm and check out
time is 12noon.
Late checkout until 4pm will be charged at
half day rate.
