      TERMS AND CONDITION

     ROOM SURCHARGE:-

A) Surcharge is applicable for ALL PACKAGE RATES at RM 150 per room per night, inclusive any

     extension nights applicable under the any package.

B) Applicable period :-

·         1^st February – 9^th February 2019 (Inclusive)

·         4^th June – 8^th June 2019 (Inclusive)

·         1^st July – 1^st September 2019 (Inclusive)

·         6^th September – 10^th September 2019 (Inclusive)

·         15^th September – 16^th September 2019 (Inclusive)

·         26^th October – 27^th October 2019 (Inclusive)

 ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY TAX & FEE

Tourist Tax (Ttx) - 

     All visitors are required to pay a Tourism Tax at RM 10.00 per room per night at the resort upon check-in under the government law. Exemption is made for Malaysian citizens and permanent  residents of Malaysia holding a valid identity card.

·        Marine Park Fee - 

      All visitors entering Perhentian Island are required to pay Marine Park Conservation

Fee at the Marine Park Counter located at Kuala Besut Jetty prior to boarding the boat.

CHECK -IN / CHECK-OUT TIME 

 Check-In Time                  : After 1500 hrs (3:00 pm)

·         Check-Out Time                : Before 1200 hrs (12:00 noon)

·         Early Check-In or Late Check-Out may incur additional charge.

SEA AND WEATHER CONDITION

Accessibility to the resort is subject to the sea and weather condition.

·         Resort is not responsible for any delay or stranded situation on the island or at Kuala Besut.

Any additional cost incurred shall be paid by the guest thereof.
